Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts, no sign-up fee, and no cancellation fee. You're simply paying for your haircut at the member rate, billed monthly. You can cancel anytime.
What if I don't come in that often?
Most members come in every four to six weeks, and even at that pace the member rate, 10% off add-ons, and unlimited upkeeps between cuts add up. If you're in the chair regularly, it pays for itself.
How do I cancel?
Just send us a quick text or email and we'll take care of it on our end. No forms, no phone calls.
I travel or split time between cities. Does it still work?
Yes. Your membership is valid at any Scissors & Scotch nationwide, so you can come in for a full service or a quick upkeep wherever you are.
Is there a catch?
No catch, no hidden fees, no contract. The amount you pay each month is just your discounted service rate. The perks, guest passes, and unlimited upkeeps come on top of the haircut you were already getting.
Can I use guest passes for someone visiting from out of town?
Guest passes are meant for your local friends, family, and coworkers, the folks who might become regulars. If you have someone visiting you'd love to bring in, just ask us. We try to be flexible.
